Children’s Services Manager – Fixed Term

Sandwell Children’s Trust is seeking a Service Manager for the Children We Care For service on a 3-month fixed-term basis. You will lead a child-centred, plan-driven service and oversee workload management, supervision, and practice standards.

The role is hybrid with a focus on safeguarding and continuous improvement. You will drive multi-agency collaboration, ensure statutory duties are met, and support staff development while delivering strong outcomes for children and families.
