The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Leasehold matters and lease extensions
- New build purchases
- Buy-to-let and investment transactions
- Support on higher-value, more complex matters
You’ll work closely with experienced senior lawyers, gaining structured support while building autonomy and responsibility.
Requirements
- 3+ PQE Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Conveyancing experience gained during training or post-qualification
- Strong organisational and client care skills
- Proactive, commercial and detail-oriented approach
- Ambition to progress within a South London practice
