TA Compliance Officer — Hybrid, 6‑Month Contract

Carrington West is recruiting a TA Compliance Officer to support the delivery of a compliance programme across approximately 1,500 temporary accommodation properties, ensuring statutory and regulatory documentation is obtained, reviewed and recorded.

You’ll carry out property inspections, investigate disrepair and condition issues, and collaborate with landlords and managing agents to ensure works are completed and that properties meet the required standards.
