A full-service regional law firm

Role

• Manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters
• Developlong term client relationships and play an active role in business development
• Pursue referral agreements with local and national Agents
• Promote and cross sell the services of the firm with all external clients

You

• Have experience of managing a caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar and comparable environment
• Comprehensive understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
