Job Description:
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Mixed locations – Guildhall 2, Tolworth Hospital (Red Lion Road, KT6 7QU), or WFH
PAYE Pay Rate: £35.86 per hour
Main Purpose of the Role
To lead service improvement, transformation and restructuring across Mental Health, Learning Disability, AMHP, Transitions and DoLS services, ensuring effective delivery, financial sustainability and compliance with legislation.
Typical Day
- Review service performance, budgets and demand.
- Develop service models and costed options.
- Lead restructures and support staff through change.
- Implement new legislation and statutory requirements.
- Review and develop policies and procedures.
- Work with NHS, police and voluntary sector partners.
- Support workforce training and development.
- Deputise for the Head of Service when required.

- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Relevant Social Work, Social Care or related qualification
- Professional registration where applicable
