Join the Team Redefining Men’s Health & Human Performance
At HOWL, we’re building the UK’s most advanced digital men’s health platform — combining medical precision with high-performance coaching. Our team of clinicians, performance specialists, and innovators are driven by a shared mission: helping men live stronger, healthier, and longer lives.
HOWL Clinic is a CQC-registered, fully remote men’s health and performance clinic specialising in hormone optimisation, advanced diagnostics, and lifestyle transformation. We combine cutting‑edge medical science with high‑performance coaching to deliver results that genuinely improve how men feel, perform, and live.
Our model is built around four pillars — Exercise, Nutrition, Recovery and Performance — supported by industry‑leading diagnostics and medical oversight. From hormone specialists and prescribing doctors to elite performance coaches and content creators, every member of the HOWL team plays a critical role in elevating the standard of men’s health in the UK.
Culture and Values
At HOWL, culture isn’t a slogan — it’s the standard we work by every day. We operate with the same focus and discipline we expect our clients to bring to their own health. Our team is united by a shared belief in the power of science, lifestyle, and personal accountability to change men’s lives for the better.
High Performance, Without the Ego
We bring together clinicians, coaches, athletes, and creatives — all committed to excellence, but grounded in humility. We collaborate, we share, and we push each other to deliver work we’re proud of.
Remote-First, Human-Centred
HOWL is a fully remote organisation. That gives our team the flexibility to structure their day around what makes them feel and perform at their best — while staying connected through clear communication and shared purpose.
Evidence-Led, Results-Driven
Every decision at HOWL is built on data, clinical integrity, and proven methodology. We hold ourselves to high ethical standards, follow CQC and GMC guidance rigorously, and commit to continuous improvement through regular audit and review.
We invest in our team’s development — from CPD support for clinical staff to professional growth pathways for non‑clinical roles. If you’re hungry to grow, you’ll thrive here.
Integrity in Every Direction
We believe in honesty, transparency, and doing right by our clients and colleagues. That means clear communication, accountability, and maintaining the trust placed in us as a healthcare provider.
Every member of the HOWL team plays a part in improving men’s health — physically, mentally, and emotionally. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to be part of something genuinely meaningful.
