We Do Social Work is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care lawyer to join a busy Local Authority legal team on a locum basis. You will manage your own caseload of Court of Protection matters and provide legal advice to the Adult Social Care department.
The role requires qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX lawyer with demonstrated Court of Protection and Adult Social Care experience, with the ability to work to deadlines and draft documents efficiently.
