Citadel Source Limited is partnering with a growing organisation to recruit their new Head of FP&A. This broad FP&A role owns planning and forecasting, linking operating data with financial outcomes and providing insights to senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will develop models, challenge assumptions and help drive strategic decisions. Hybrid working in Bath with 2-3 days on-site, £70,000-£80,000 base, car allowance, bonus, pension and 25 days leave.
