Interim HR Manager

I am supporting a public sector organisation in the search for an Interim HR Manager. The client is looking for an experienced HR leader with:

• Strong organisational change experience
• In-depth employment law and employee relations knowledge
• Experience working with trade unions
• The ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
• Proven team leadership experience
• A public sector background

The position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis, with a salary in the region of £70,000-£80,000, the flexibility of hybrid working and an ASAP start date.
