Job Description:
BT Group is seeking a 3rd Line Network Support Specialist to work on the Rolls Royce Derby account, delivering lead technical support for complex network, security and cyber deployments. You will liaise with customer representatives, vendors and colleagues to meet KPIs and SLAs.
The role requires eligibility for Government Security Clearance to SC UK Eyes Only Level, with potential DV clearance in the future. Fully on-site with some home working and occasional travel.
