Job Description:
Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust in Chelmsford is seeking an inspiring pharmacist to join the inpatient mental health pharmacy team. The post provides clinical leadership, supports Mid and South Essex inpatient and urgent care services and deputises for the Pharmacist Team Manager.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours weekly), with on-call, weekend, early, late and Bank Holiday rotas. You will model best practice on wards and drive medicines optimisation across the service.
