Strategic Bid Manager for Infrastructure & Public Sector

Skanska is seeking a Bid Manager to lead multi-disciplinary bid teams through the full bid process, including pre-tender and post-tender work. You will manage all qualitative and commercial aspects, ensuring value-driven proposals in line with Skanska procedures and brand values.

You will coordinate bid strategy, resource planning, budgeting, and programmes, with a focus on client needs and delivering successful, on-time bids for infrastructure projects.
