Delicatessen Cook / Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Cook with strong Delicatessen experience to join our well established team managing our Deli counter.Location: located within Blue Diamond Melbicks Garden CentreHours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week (7-day rota, flexible days)Salary: £29,835Key Requirements:

• Proven experience cooking and managing a Deli within a busy retail environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
• Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service
• Passion for produce development and delivering premium quality produce
• Drive, enthusiasm and pride in high standards
