£13.45 per hour | FullTime contract – 37.5 hours per week – Bank rolesalso availableShifts: 7:30am–3:00pm /3:00pm–10:30pm plus sleeps | Monday to Sunday

We are currently looking for a Care SupportWorker to join our dedicated team in kent, supporting youngadults with complex needs. This includes individuals with mentalhealth conditions, autism, and learning disabilities. Experience inthese areas is an advantage.
Your Role as aSupport Worker
Your responsibilities willinclude:
- Supporting individuals withpersonal care and daily routines
- Encouragingparticipation in hobbies, social activities, and communityengagement
- Promoting independence, dignity,and choice in every interaction
- Monitoringwellbeing and responding to individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and working collaborativelywith your team
