Head of Digital Technology

This is a highly visible leadership position with responsibility for driving the organisation’s digital strategy, technology capability, data agenda, and transformation programmes.,

• Developing and delivering the organisation’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance through technology.
• Leading business-wide transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
• Defining and maintaining the technology architecture and systems strategy.
• Overseeing enterprise platforms, including ERP, CRM, and service management systems.
• Establishing strong data governance, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities.
• Enabling data-driven decision making across commercial, operational, and financial functions.
• Managing technology vendors and strategic delivery partners.
• Ensuring robust cybersecurity, compliance, and operational resilience.
• Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing technology team.
• Driving adoption of new digital tools and capabilities through effective change management., Significant experience leading digital transformation or technology strategy within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, and systems integration.
• Experience delivering large-scale cross-functional transformation programmes.
