A leading Tier 1 main contractor is appointing a permanent Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a major, technically complex data centre development in Enfield. It is a £100m+ scheme with heavy civils at its core, including a substantial bridge package, and it is the kind of project that defines a career.

What you will be doing

• Leading delivery across programme, commercial, quality, technical and H&S
• Managing complex interfaces between civils, structural, building and MEP packages
• Building strong relationships with the client, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating risk before it hits programme
• Driving best practice and continuous improvement across the project

What you will bring

• Personally led delivery of £100m+ projects
• Data centre experience (mission critical or major infrastructure will be considered alongside)
• Bridge project or package experience
• Significant heavy civils background with a strong main contractor pedigree
• 7+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Degree in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
