Oracle Fusion HCM Transformation Lead – Local Government

Connect2Dorset is recruiting an experienced Oracle HCM Transformation Lead to support Dorset Council’s large-scale transformation programme, replacing SAP ECC with Oracle Fusion Cloud across HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement and Projects.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion HCM workstream, working closely with the Systems Integrator, senior stakeholders and programme teams to ensure a successful transformation.
