We are seeking a strategic Cluster Financial Controller to lead the financial performance and compliance of multiple hotel properties within the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations for a cluster of hotels
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and brand reporting standards
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Supervise finance teams across the cluster and promote best practices
- Monitor cash flow, P&L performance, and cost controls
- Liaise with auditors and manage external/internal audit processes
- Support GMs and senior management with commercial decision-making
- Implement process improvements to increase financial efficiency
