Estates Strategy Director – Education & Safety Lead

Newham Community Learning is seeking a Director of Estates to provide strategic leadership across estates, facilities, compliance and a well maintained environment for staff and pupils. You will lead the strategy, safety and performance of the Trust’s estate, reporting to the Chief Executive and sitting on the Central leadership team.

The role requires delivering a long-term estates strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, leading capital projects and managing contracts to secure value.
