Taxation in Glasgow seeks an M&A Tax Director to lead private equity and credit portfolio deals. You will oversee buy-side due diligence, structuring, and tax risk management across acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings.

You’ll build strong relationships with fund principals and investment teams, mentor junior staff, and drive business development to grow client relationships in the PE and credit space. Excellent UK qualification required.
