Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing – Rail Systems

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Head of Health Safety and Wellbeing to lead the HSW function across our Rail Systems portfolio in the UK. You will drive safety leadership, set strategy, and partner with senior leaders to ensure compliance, performance and continuous improvement across projects.

You will oversee audits, investigations and reporting, develop HSW capability, and champion a Zero Harm culture while building strong stakeholder relationships with customers and internal teams.
