Senior Scala/Java Engineer – Regulatory Reporting (Hybrid)

Morgan Stanley UK is seeking a Senior Java/Scala Developer to join the Equity Swaps Trading Technology team. You will help build and maintain Scala-based processing engines for regulatory reporting in a fast-paced capital markets environment.

The role requires strong Java or Scala background, experience with MQ/Kafka, Unix/Linux, SQL, and 8+ years in software engineering. Hybrid work is available, with opportunities to learn Scala from a Java background.
