Looking for your next senior leadership challenge within Adult Social Care? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Interim Head of Adult Social Care Transformation & Operations to step into a high-profile role leading significant service improvement, operational delivery and transformation activity across a complex Adult Social Care environment.As Interim Head of Transformation & Operations – Adult Social Care, you will have the autonomy to drive change, influence strategic decision-making and lead large multidisciplinary teams through an ambitious improvement journey. This role requires a visible and credible leader who can balance transformation with operational oversight whilst ensuring high-quality outcomes for residents and compliance with statutory responsibilities.
Your Role as Interim Head of Transformation & Operations – Adult Social Care
- Lead large operational Adult Social Care services through significant transformation and service improvement programmes
- Provide oversight of safeguarding responsibilities, statutory functions and complex operational services
- Drive CQC improvement activity, regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives
- Lead and develop Service Managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performing services
- Provide strategic leadership whilst maintaining focus on operational performance, outcomes and continuous improvement
Your Previous Experience as an Interim Head of Adult Social Care Transformation & Operations
- Extensive senior leadership experience within Adult Social Care operational services
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes and service redesign initiatives
- Experience leading or supporting CQC improvement programmes and regulatory improvement activity
- Strong knowledge of front door services, discharge pathways, safeguarding and operational delivery
- Demonstrable ability to operate autonomously, influence stakeholders and lead organisational change
