Senior Hospital Director – Mental Health & Autism Services

Cygnet Hospital Colchester seeks an experienced Hospital Manager to lead operations, clinical governance and safety. You will drive a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a 59-bed specialist hospital for men with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will shape strategy, manage budgets, maintain regulatory standards and foster external relationships with commissioners and regulators.
