MUFG in London seeks a junior Debt Capital Markets Lawyer with 2-4 years PQE to join the EMEA Legal Department. You will provide legal advice on DCM transactions, draft and negotiate documentation, and support new product initiatives while engaging with clients during negotiations.
You will also advise on regulatory matters and share knowledge through training sessions, collaborating with MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities EMEA teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
