Communicate Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced HRIS / HCM Deployment Manager for an 18-month international programme. The role will own deployments from preparation through go-live, coordinating with HR, payroll and tech teams across multiple countries.
Initial focus will be Germany with extensive travel and periods of remote working. Experience with ADP is highly relevant, and familiarity with Ceridian/Dayforce/Workday/SAP SuccessFactors/Oracle HCM/UKG is welcomed.
