Job Description:

Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst – Central Government – Active SC Clearance required – £450 – £500 a day – Outside IR35 – London/ Hybrid Working

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology and business change projects.
  • Recent and demonstrable experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of digital transformation programmes from discovery through to implementation and business adoption.
  • Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and ways of working to drive improvement.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
  • Experience creating and managing:
    • User Stories
    • Acceptance Criteria
    • Process Maps
    • Functional Requirements
    • Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
    • Backlog refinement activities
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of what constitutes high-quality requirements and documentation.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand complex business problems and identify practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior leaders, operational teams, technical teams, suppliers, and third-party partners.
  • Experience acting as the bridge between business users and technical delivery teams.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business readiness activities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, product owners, testers, and delivery managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Experience supporting change management, training, and user adoption activities.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering case management solutions within the UK public sector.
  • Experience working within regulated, legal, enforcement, investigation, or operational case management environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar backlog and delivery management tools.
  • Experience supporting data migration and transition activities between legacy and new case management platforms.
  • Understanding of information governance, records management, and compliance requirements.
