Simulator Training Manager for ETCS & Driver Ops

Hull Trains is seeking a Simulator Manager in Hull to lead high-quality training using driving simulators and to support ETCS-related driver training initiatives. You will deliver examinations and assessments, reinforce safety and efficiency, and contribute to testing and change-management activities.

The role requires current train driving experience, coaching qualifications, and experience with training simulations. It also involves on-call duties and collaboration with the operations team.
