Finance Manager – Growth & Strategy (Hybrid)

Swanky Group Ltd in Exeter seeks a Finance Manager to lead the group finance function and own the numbers, establishing accurate management accounts and scalable processes to support fast growth in a PE-backed environment.

You will shape systems, reporting and controls from day one, partnering with the CFO and CEO, with exposure to senior leadership and potential progression to Financial Controller.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in the Exeter office.
