Development Finance Underwriter — End-to-End Real Estate

Fintelligent is seeking a Development Finance Underwriter to own end-to-end real estate lending transactions in the UK, from due diligence to portfolio management.

You will assess property and borrower risk, shape credit recommendations, appoint and coordinate professionals, and manage loans after completion.

Salary £90,000–£95,000 per annum with a discretionary bonus, within a specialist property finance team focused on bridging, refurbishment and development finance.
