Head of Real Estate Loan Servicing & Administration

Gold Group in Central London is seeking an Associate Director, Credit Administration to lead a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate loans, overseeing servicing from drawdown to redemption and ensuring timely, accurate reporting for institutional clients.

You will manage syndicated and bilateral UK/European CRE loan exposures, review finance documents with in-house and external counsel, build financial models, and coordinate with borrowers, lenders and lawyers on take-ons, redemptions and waivers.
