Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd is seeking a Service Manager – Mental Health Lead in Gloucestershire. You will oversee daily delivery of our mental health supported living services, ensuring safety, therapeutic care and recovery focus while leading staff teams across sites.
The role requires strong leadership, risk management and knowledge of relevant legislation (Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, CQC standards). A full UK driving licence and flexible travel across locations are essential.
