Hospital Director – Mental Health & Rehab Leader

Cygnet Hospital Colchester is a 59-bed specialist service for men with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. The Hospital Director will lead clinical and operational performance, driving safe, compassionate and person-centered care.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee day-to-day management, ensure regulatory compliance and develop multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes across acute and rehabilitation services.
