n We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join the Newcross team in the Edinburgh. You will be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where your care, commitment and compassion truly make a difference.n n
What will you don n

- Give person centred care in residential homes, supported living and the community.
- Help people build confidence and develop life skills.
- Offer emotional support and promote independence.
n

What you needn n
- n
- Right to work in the UK.
- At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years.
- An Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Qualities such as integrity, respect and empathy.
