Residential Conveyancer (1+ PQE) Hampshire Starting salary from £45,000 DOEn
My client, a well-regarded and growing law firm in Hampshire, is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its established residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking to build on their experience within a supportive firm that values quality work, client care, and long-term development.n
You will handle a broad and engaging residential conveyancing caseload, advising clients on matters including:n
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesn
Re-mortgagesn
Transfers of equityn
New build transactionsn
Leasehold mattersn
Liaising with agents, lenders, and other third partiesn
You will have regular client contact and the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative and professional environment.n
The ideal candidate will have:n
Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEx)n
At least 1 year PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancingn
Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervisionn
Strong organisational skills and attention to detailn
A client-focused and proactive approachn
