n The successful candidate will become part of a well-established and ambitious team, advising an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients across a variety of sectors.
n The Role
n You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including:
n Mergers and acquisitionsn Private equity transactionsn Corporate reorganisations and restructuringsn Joint ventures and shareholder arrangementsn Group reorganisationsn Share sales and acquisitionsn Corporate governance and general advisory workn Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions
n You will work closely with Partners and senior members of the team while having increasing responsibility for your own matters and client relationships.
n About You
n We are looking for a Corporate Associate with a strong grounding in corporate law and ideally experience gained within a reputable national, international or leading regional firm.
n You will ideally have:
n Around 2–5 years' PQE, although applications from candidates outside this range will be consideredn Strong experience across a range of corporate transactionsn Excellent technical and commercial abilityn The confidence to deal directly with clientsn Strong drafting and negotiation skillsn A genuine interest in business and developing long-term client relationshipsn The ambition to progress your career within a highly regarded corporate practicen The Firm
