Overview

In this role you will drive commercial performance for a major highways upgrade in Wolverhampton, focusing on NEC-based contract administration and robust commercial processes. You will lead the commercial team, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful delivery of a 22-million A45 scheme. Responsibilities

• Commercial reporting for the project and client-facing applications
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the commercial team
• Ensure robust commercial processes
• Administer NEC contracts (option C)
• Maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and site teams

Key requirements

• Proven background in highways or similar infrastructure projects
• Proven experience administering NEC contracts
• Lead and mentor less experienced team members
• Experience leading major highway projects (preferred)
