Quantity Surveyor – Energy

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
• Proactively monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely applications
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, programme performance and value engineering
• Manage contract change within governance and best practices
• Improve forecast and budget accuracy

Key requirements

• Degree qualification in a relevant subject (preferred)
• Professional body membership (preferred)
• Contract Management knowledge (NEC3, Option C or NEC4 preferred)
