Your Role as aSupport Worker
Yourresponsibilities will include:
- Supporting with daily routines such as cooking, personalcare, and household tasks
- Encouragingparticipation in hobbies and community activities
- Promoting independence and building confidence
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individualneeds
- Maintaining accurate records andcommunicating effectively with the wider team
- Driving mobility vehicles to support individuals withoutings and appointments
