Learning Support Specialist (1:1 & Small Groups)

Education Matters Group in Loughton, Essex is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a Further Education College. The role involves assisting learners with access to lessons, 1:1 and small-group support, and fostering confidence and independence.

You will work with learners who have SEND/additional needs, EHCPs and learning difficulties, supporting classroom engagement and behaviour, with a patient and encouraging approach.
