Interim Food Safety Officer — Hygiene Inspections Lead

Oyster Partnership is seeking an experienced Food Safety Officer to provide interim support in a South Wales Environmental Health team. The role focuses on delivering the Council’s food hygiene inspection programme, prioritising candidates with Food Standards experience.

Primary duties include undertaking inspections, completing inspection reports, and meeting FSA guidelines. Mileage and parking are reimbursed, and the contract runs until March 2027 with ASAP start.
