Junior Sous Chef — Lead a Busy Fresh Kitchen

Cosy Club Guildford is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will cook from fresh in high volumes, lead a small brigade in the Head Chef’s absence, and help maintain smooth kitchen operations with clear communication across BOH/FOH.
