Director of Customer Remediation & Compliance Monitoring

Close Brothers is seeking a Head of Compliance Monitoring Remediation (18 Month FTC) in London with hybrid working. You will lead a team responsible for second-line oversight, monitoring and assurance of customer remediation programmes and enterprise-wide issues affecting customers.

Ideal candidates will have experience in conduct/customer outcomes risk governance, including remediation planning, redress and effective stakeholder engagement.
