Sanderson is seeking a Prompt Engineer with strong Claude and Claude Code experience to help deliver a new Mortgage Sales System. You will translate business requirements into prompts, instructions and AI workflows, then test and refine outputs for accuracy and reliability.
This role focuses on prompts rather than code, working with stakeholders across the business and the development team to ensure the prompts meet the desired outcomes. London/remote working options are available.
