Broker Growth Manager – Fintech, End-to-End Deals

Wayflyer is seeking a broker-focused role in London to scale our Broker Channel. You will grow and manage a panel of brokers, train them to understand and sell our products, and build strong relationships that drive funded deals.

You’ll review referrals, assess business financials, and own the end-to-end process from referral to funding. You’ll also represent Wayflyer at industry events and broker networks to grow our brand and pipeline.
