Member of Technical Staff, Applied AI — Build RL Envs

Aptura in London seeks a Member of Technical Staff for our Applied AI team. You will help build the tasks and environments used to train and evaluate agents in finance, healthcare, and legal.

Day to day you’ll construct RL environments around spreadsheets, documents, and professional workflows, write verification logic and reward functions, and partner with domain experts to define what constitutes a correct answer in complex models. This role blends engineering with research.
