Senior Financial Reporting Manager – IFRS & ARA

ClearBank Ltd is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to own the Group’s annual reporting cycle, including IFRS financial statements and disclosures. You will coordinate inputs across Finance, regulatory reporting, and external audit to ensure timely, high-quality statutory accounts for UK and EU entities.

The role requires hands-on experience with AR&A, consolidated statements, and strong IFRS knowledge. You will engage with senior stakeholders to deliver robust, FTSE-grade external reporting
