Strategic ERM Leader for Risk & Board Reporting

Sanderson is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to maintain and coordinate the enterprise risk management framework, enabling proactive risk management and informed decision-making. This role is based in London, with on-site work twice weekly, and supports resilience and value creation across the business.

You will calibrate risk appetite and tolerances, monitor KRIs, and deliver analytics and boards-ready reporting to senior leadership, including the Audit Committee.
