Senior Insights Analyst: Drive Strategy & Growth (Remote)

Paddle is seeking a Staff Insights Analyst to own end-to-end data analyses that drive commercial decisions across product, sales, marketing and finance. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to uncover root causes, model financial impacts and present clear recommendations.

You’ll extract data from Snowflake via SQL, apply statistical methods and leverage LLMs to interpret unstructured data, communicating insights to the exec team with ownership and clarity.
