Tax Manager — Private Equity & Global Compliance

coni + partner ag is a Zurich-based consultancy seeking a Tax Manager Corporates & Compliance for PE Funds UCITS. You will support investment teams, interpret tax laws, and oversee global tax obligations, including FATCA and AEOI compliance, with emphasis on corporate and US tax matters.

We require a law or tax law degree, Big Four experience, and fluent English; emphasis on international structuring across jurisdictions. The role involves teamwork, client focus, and precise tax reporting.
